Flakes Bedding is a natural bedding made from a blend of cardboard, cellulose and cotton. It works best as a substrate for rabbits, rodents, ornamental birds and hens. It is soft, comfortable and both pet and environment friendly. The blended materials make its absorbency 5 times greater than wood fibre and 2 times greater than hemp. Due to the different properties of the elements, the absorption sequence is as follows: cardboard absorbs the fastest, followed by cellulose and finally the cotton. Cotton additionally draws moisture from the other two components.
Flakes Bedding is dust free and effectively reduces odours. Keeps the cage surface dry and clean for longer. It is also excellent as a substrate for habitats for small rodents and rodents with long hair. Anti-allergenic and biodegradable. Made in Poland.
Tips:
Apply a thick layer of bedding to the cage, preferably 5 to 10 cm. The thicker the layer, the more effective it is.
