It is enriched with silver ions which prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi (including mould), which has a positive impact on animal health. It is perfect as a filling for cages and aviaries for small mammals and birds, and for terrariums with some reptiles. Completely natural, fully biodegradable, and compostable. No dusting, no allergic reaction, gentle to sensitive pet paws. Effectively absorbs moisture, and neutralises and binds unpleasant odours. It is efficient and long-lasting.
